The Hidden Estate is a beautiful executive custom build home located in the prestigious and private enclave of Edgewater Estates at Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club. This home has more than 3800 sqft of living area. The spacious lanai has northwest exposure and has lots of privacy. Pool and spa are electric heated. It has 4 bedrooms (1 king and 3 queens) and 5 baths. Beside the family room which has an open fireplace you have the living room with a huge TV and DVD. All bedrooms have TV.

The open American kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. Breakfast nook next to the kitchen. In case you need to work you have an office with a printer provided. WIFI in entire house for your convenience. The lanai has a dining area seating 8 persons and an outdoor lounge set and sun lounge chairs. Gas BBQ grill will be provided.

This home can only be rented on a monthly base. The monthly rate is $ 7.800 plus $ 300 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Membership for the gym/tennis courts/community pool and the 2 restaurants would be $ 380.
