This new spacious 3 bedroom home is located in the yacht club area only minutes away from the river. It has east exposure and you will have sun all day long on the pool. The home is very well equipped for all your vacation needs. The open American kitchen has granite counters, bar stools and a separate breakfast nook. Kitchen is loaded with high end products as Kitchen Aid and Nespresso. Dining table seats 6 persons. All 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen) are provided with TV and DVD player and have adjoining bathrooms. The master bath has a walking shower and a tub.

The large, open living area leads to the pool area where you can enjoy yourself in the pool or enjoy a good book on one of the comfortable lounge chairs or sun tanning in the warm Florida sun. The pool is electric heated. There is a stainless steel BBQ. Pool bath. If you want to rent a boat you can use the dock to tie it up. For your convenience you have WIFI. Weekly rate is $ 1.600/4 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Plus $ 180 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Additional 20 % on Xmas/New Year and Easter time.
