Villa Surfside Palace

Villa Surfside Palace is a gorgeous 2 story house located on the Spreader Waterway opposite the Nature Preserve. Very peaceful and quiet location. It has western exposure so unforgetable sunsets are guaranteed. The house has 3 bedrooms and 5 baths. The open kitchen with island, breakfast bar, granite counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances (Wolf range, subzero fridge and double drawer Fisher Paykel dishwasher) is very well equipped. The livingroom has an open fireplace. For your convenience you have WIFI. In case you would have to work in your vacation you can use the office (monitor is provided). The lanai has an outdoor dining area, pool furniture and a lounge set. The very large saltwater pool and spa are electric heated. Perfect for entertaining outside as it has a huge outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and fridge. Entire property is fenced. Shopping and restaurants are only 10 min. away. Close to Cape Harbour. The weekly rate is $ 2,500/4 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Plus $ 270 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Additional 20 % on Xmas and Easter. Final pics coming soon!
