Villa Sunshine is a completely remodeled lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in the SE area of Cape Coral. It is located on a canal and the lanai has western exposure. Entire house is tiled and has been furnished in 2016. The home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 2 baths. The kitchen has granite counters and is very well equipped. For your convenience you have WIFI. The dining table seats 6 persons. The living room has a large flat screen TV and stereo. The pool is electric heated and has a pool cover. BBQ grill for grilling nights. Shopping facilities (large Walmart and Publix) and restaurants are nearby. Two bikes and beach chairs/umbrella are provided.

The weekly rate is $1,250 plus cleaning fee of $130 and 11.5 % taxes. Additional 20 % on Xmas and Easter.
