Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is well equipped and has a breakfast bar. In a separate room you have a pool table. The pool is electric/solar heated and has a comfortable patio area with BBQ grill. Convenient central location close to shops and restaurants. Three bikes are provided to explore the neighborhood. Navigation System can be provided on request. Gulf access. Brand new large boat dock with lounge set. The price is U$ 1,350/4 persons/week. Additional person is $ 100/week. Kids up to 10 years are without charge. Monthly rates on request. Plus 11.5 % taxes and $ 170 cleaning fee. Additional 20 % on Xmas and Easter (minimum of 2 weeks)
