The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 2.5 bathrooms (outdoor shower). All bedrooms have TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the breakfast nook you have a great view onto the pool and the canal. The dining table seats a party of 6. In the living room you have a large flat screen TV, DVD and stereo with surround sound. For your convenience you have WIFI. The large saltwater pool (no chlorine) is electric/solar heated. The veranda has plenty of pool furniture and a BBQ grill. Enjoy sun tanning on the boat dock. You can rent a boat as you have Gulf access. Shopping facilities and restaurants are nearby. Famous Cape Harbour is only minutes away. The rate is U$ 1,300/4 persons/week.
