This spacious villa is a very cozy home in the SW area of Cape Coral in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It has been recently furnished and decorated in warm colours. The veranda has southern exposure. This villa has 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 twins) and 2 baths. Daybed sleeps 2 persons. Two of the bedrooms have TV. The livingroom has TV, DVD and stereo. For your convenience you have WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the view from the dining area onto the pool and the canal. The lanai has plenty of pool furniture, deckchairs and a BBQ-grill. The large pool is electric heated and has a pool cover. As the entire home has tiles it would be perfect for people with allergies. You can use the boat dock - Gulf access. Two bikes will be provided to explore the neighborhood. The weekly rate is $ 1,300. Monthly rates on request. Plus 11.5 % tax and U$ 150 cleaning. Additional 20 % on Xmas and Easter.
