Villa Melanie is a wonderful and spacious home located in SW Cape Coral on an oversized corner lot. Perfect place for starting boat tours as it's just around the corner of the river. It has west exposure. The 4 bedrooms have 3 kings and 1 queen and there are 2.5 baths. The large open gourmet kitchen is brand new (2019) and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is very well equipped. Two dining tables seating each 6 persons. The living room has TV, DVD player and Sonos music system. Enjoy evenings having a BBQ (gas BBQ) on the lanai and watching unforgetable sunsets. Outdoor dining area and plenty of lounge chairs.

For your convenience you have WIFI. Pool and spa are electric heated. The large boat dock can be used direct Gulf access - no lock! Two minutes to the river.

Publix, restaurants and Tarpon Point Marina are only minutes away.
