This wonderful villa is located in the SE area of Cape Coral and has premier sailboat gulf access with wide water views. It is just 2 min. away from the river. From the moment you enter the circular driveway you know "here starts my vacation". The veranda has southern exposure. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. This villa has 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens) and 2 baths. The kitchen has black granite countertops and is fully equipped. Tile flooring and laminate floor in all bedrooms. The dining area seats 6 persons. For your convenience you have WIFI and you can also use the office in case you would have to work. There is a boat dock - direct gulf access (boat lift cannot be used). The large pool is electric heated. Plenty of seatings and pool lounges on the veranda. The price for this villa is U$ 1,300/week/2 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Monthly rates on request. Plus U$ 170 cleaning fee and 11.5 % tax. Additional 20 % over Christmas and Easter. Shopping facilities and restaurants are very nearby.
