This wonderful 2 storey villa home has everything for a relaxing vacation. It is located in the SW area in a quiet neighborhood on a canal. It has western exposure. The villa has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens) and 3.5 bathrooms. The spacious livingroom has TV, stereo and DVD player. Marble and wooden floors. For your convenience you have wireless high speed internet access and a sound system throughout the home. The den is a separate room with sofas and a desk. All bedrooms and the den have TVs. The kitchen has granite countertops, is fully equipped and has a separate breakfast nook with view onto the pool. Oversized designer pool is electric heated. On the large patio you can enjoy relaxing evenings with BBQ or reading a good book. Plenty of deck chairs available. Bikes will be provided to explore the neighborhood. The weekly rate is U$ 1,600/6 persons. Additional person is U$ 150/week. Monthly rates on request. Plus $ 200/6 persons and $ 230/7 or more persons cleaning fee, plus 11.5 % tax. On Xmas and Easter a surcharge of 20 %.
