This luxury rental includes a Master and Guest Suite with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, TVs, sound system, outside access and views of Britannia Lake. The two guest bedrooms have 2 twin beds, TVs - one with en-suite bathroom and the other adjacent to 1st floor bath. This home comfortably sleeps 8.

The spacious great room offers a family room and gourmet kitchen well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island and breakfast bar. In the family room enjoy a 55' flat screen TV, DVD player and 5.1 Dolby surround sound system. The butlers pantry with wine fridge leads to a formal dining room. In case you need to work, you have a separate office with a desk, fax machine and free wireless High-speed Internet throughout.

Enjoy the outdoors with an infinity salt water pool with swim up bar and spa. The covered lanai also includes a fully equipped summer kitchen with a BBQ grill/fridge and plenty of outdoor furniture. For additional sunbathing, relax on the large travertine deck along the lake adjacent to a Tiki hut and boat dock with lift. The weekly rate is $ 2,200/4 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week.
