The large open American kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine), has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and has a breakfast nook. The dining table seats 6 persons. For your convenience you have high speed internet access and music can be played in the entire house with the Sonos system. The saltwater infinity edge pool with its shallow area (which is perfect for kids) is electric heated. The huge lanai is equipped with pool furniture, deck chairs, a BBQ grill and a spacious lounge set. Outdoor shower. Shopping facilites and restaurants are nearby. The weekly rate is U$ 1.300/6 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Monthly rates on request. Plus 11.5 % tax and U$ 150 cleaning for 6 persons (additional $ 20 for 8 persons). Additional 20 % on Xmas and Easter.
