The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast nook. The large living room has TV, DVD and stereo. Beside the living room you have a family room. For your convenience you have high speed internet access. The lanai is equipped with nice furniture and is screened. The saltwater pool and spa can be electric heated. Enjoy your evening having a nice BBQ on the lanai in your own summer kitchen. Within minutes you have shops and restaurants. The weekly rate is U$ 1.400/4 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Plus $ 160 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Xmas and Easter is a 20 % surcharge.
