The Island Hideaway I

The Island Hideaway 1 is a wonderful remodeled 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen) and 2 full baths home located right on the river - Gold Coast of Cape Coral. It is the perfect place to unwind enjoy the unbeatable view. The house is very well equipped. WIFI for your convenience. The dining table seats 6 persons. Beside the living room with a small fireplace you have a den with a pull out sofa. If you want to exercise you will have a separate gym with view onto the pool/river.

The pool is electric heated. Hot tub and an outdoor grill place. It has a large boat dock with a gazebo. Plenty of pool furniture are provided.

Very quiet neighborhood - minutes away from restaurants and shopping facilities.

Weekly rate in high season is $ 1,500 (in low season $ 1,200) . Plus cleaning fee of $ 160 and 11.5 % taxes.
