The Bayshore Mansion

The Bayshore Mansion is one of the largest 3 story homes in Cape Coral located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral and has spacious waterfront. It is equipped to the very highest standard. The lanai as well as all balconies have southern exposure. The villa has 6 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 11 baths. On the second floor you have the large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, the living room with large flat screen TV and surround system, a bar. The two master suites have flat screen TVs. The kitchen has granite countertops and is very well equipped. Next to the kitchen you have a breakfast nook. For your convenience you have an office and certainly WI-FI internet access in the entire house. On the third floor you have a game room with gorgeous view onto the river.The lanai is equipped with pool furniture, sun chairs and a BBQ grill. The pool and spa are electric heated. You can use one of both boat lifts. The weekly rate is $ 5.000 plus $ 450 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Xmas and Easter minimum of 2 weeks - weekly rate is $ 7.000 plus cleaning fee and taxes.
